  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At the moment primarily we accept Payments through Paypal. If you are unable to use Paypal we can organise bank transfer.
  • What types of art do you sell?
    I specialise in acrylic paintings on canvas.
  • Can I see the artwork in my space before purchasing?
    Absolutely! You can view it digitally. If you send me a photo of your room. I’ll digitally place the artwork to give you an idea of how it’ll look.
  • How do you handle shipping?
    After a client purchases artwork, I offer two shipping options: Stretched Canvas: The artwork is shipped as a stretched canvas, ready to hang. Rolled Canvas: I remove the canvas from the frame, roll it, and ship it in a cylinder. Shipping rates vary based on the client’s location.
  • What is the return policy?
    I have a flexible return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within [X days] of receiving the artwork. We’ll arrange for a return or exchange.
  • Do you offer custom commissions?
    Yes! I accept custom commission requests. Let’s discuss your vision, size, and preferences, and I’ll create a unique piece just for you.
  • Can I buy your art offline?
    You certainly can. I have all my paintings displayed at my studio in Sydney. You can come and purchase the art from my studio as well.
  • How are prices determined?
    I set retail prices for my art products based on factors like size, complexity, and materials used.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
